* A non-resident Surcharge of $299 is added per credit for 4 credits or more. A non-resident is defined as an individual who has been a resident of Alaska for less than 2 years, except military personnel and dependents. Non-resident students who restrict their enrollment to no more than 3 credits will be charged at the resident tuition rate.

Fees
Admission Fee
There is a $40 admission fee for degree/certificate seeking students.
Network Charge
A $2 fee per credit will be charged to support Information Technology and services.
Student Government Fee
Students enrolled in credit courses will be charged a Student Government fee of $5 per semester.

Payment and Refund Policy

EZ Tuition Payment Plan

Kodiak College has a process to help students handle the rising costs associated with attending college. Students who have a good credit record in the University of Alaska System have the option of requesting a deferred tuition payment plan.

The EZ Payment Plan allows students to finance tuition and fees at zero percent interest by putting one-third down at the time of registration, paying one-third 30 days into the semester, with the final third due 60 days into the semester or by semester end, whichever comes first. This allows students more flexibility in financing their education.

Promissory forms for the EZ Tuition Payment Plan are available in the Business Office at Kodiak College. Bring the completed form to the Business Office for a meeting with the Business Office Supervisor to arrange your payment schedule. There is a processing fee of $2.00 for the initial contract.
