Payment
Payment may be made by cash, check, postal money orders or credit card. Checks must be preprinted with current name, address, and phone number. A $30 return check fee will be charged on all checks returned. We accept VISA and MasterCard only. Payment or Financial Aid Deferment Forms MUST BE RECEIVED by September 28 at 5 p.m. or a late fee of $50.00 will be assessed.

Payments by Other Agencies
When fees are to be paid by other persons or agencies after the registration process is completed, the student should coordinate the payment arrangement with the Business Office prior to registering for classes.
Tuition Assistance/Financial Aid
Students receiving financial aid or tuition assistance or who are using purchase orders must have deferment or authorization forms with them at the time of registration. Contact Jo Ann Costello at (907) 486-1217 in the Business Office for more information
Walk-In Registration
Payment is due at the time of registration.
Web Registration
Payment is due at the time of registration.
Refund Policy
To receive consideration for tuition refund, students must officially drop courses by completing an Add/Drop form available from Student Services. The date on the official Add/Drop form determines eligibility for a refund. Refunds are processed after the drop period ends on September 18, 5 p.m. Allow 4 weeks for processing.
Semester-Length Courses (September 5 - December 18)
100% of tuition & fees will be refunded for courses dropped by September 18 at 5 p.m.
3 - 9 Week Courses
100% of tuition and fess will be refunded 1 - 7 calendar days from the first class meeting. No refund will be issued if the course is dropped after the 7th calendar day after the first day of class.
Short Sessions
Prior to the first class meeting, 100% of tuition & fees will be refunded. There is no refund after the start date of class.
Open Entry Lab Courses
100% of tuition and fees will be refunded if the course is officially dropped within seven (7) calendar days after registering for the course. Refund will depend on date of registration; there is no refund after the 7th day from registration date.
Non-Credit Courses
100% of non-credit course fees, lab and miscellaneous fees will be refunded if the course is officially dropped at least two (2) business days before the class begins. There is no refund after this time.
