Search for eLearning Courses
View the following video to learn how to search for online courses at UAOnline.
Choose the Right Parameters
Once you have decided that you would like to take an eLearning course, you search for those options in the UAOnline schedule by selecting “eLearning courses only” for the Type of Course Delivery.
Courses From Other Campuses
It is recommended that you keep your search narrow to start and widen it as needed to find the class(es) you want. If you are admitted to a degree or certificate program at Kodiak College, selecting “UAA – All Campuses” will ensure the seamless transfer of your coursework between any of the University of Alaska Anchorage branch campuses. You are allowed to take eLearning courses from the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) and University of Alaska Southeast (UAS), but be aware that transfer of credits is not always obvious or intuitive. Academic advising in these scenarios is crucial to ensure you are earning the credit you need for your program.
