Q5. How do I know if my refund has been direct deposited?

You can check to see if your financial aid refund has been directly deposited via UAOnline. To do so:

1.      Login to the secure side of UAOnline (click here if you need help retrieving your student ID#.  Contact the IT Call Center at 1-877-633-3888 for assistance). 

2.      Select the "Personal Information" Tab.

3.      Select "Financial Information"

4.      Select "Direct Deposit Services"

5.      Select "Review your direct deposits"

6.      Select the fiscal year from the drop down menu that you wish to view and then hit "Display"

7.      Each direct deposit that has been applied to your bank account will be listed. The "Process Date" is the date the money was deposited.
