Q1. Are there any requirements for first-time student loan borrowers?

If you are offered loans as part of your financial aid you must complete the following:

1. Accept your loan(s) in your UAOnline account (click here if you need help retrieving your student ID#. Contact the IT Call Center at 1-877-633-3888 for assistance).

2. Complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN) and Loan Entrance Counseling online. You will use the PIN# you created to complete your FAFSA to electronically sign these documents.
