Computer Information and Office Systems (CIOS) Lab

cios lab

The CIOS Lab offers a variety of self-paced and flexible courses. Students may enroll in one-credit lab courses any time during the first 10 weeks of the semester and progress at their own pace. This is a great alternative for those with a busy lifestyle.

The CIOS lab is dedicated to serving adult learners in a self-directed, individualized format. Courses are flexible, competency-based, and relevant. For a complete listing of CIOS lab courses offered during the fall semester, see facing page.

The CIOS lab is a state-of-the art computer lab for student use with a knowledgeable instructor available six days a week.

The primary purpose of the CIOS lab is to support students who are taking self-paced CIOS lab courses. CIOS lab students need to come to the lab to complete an orientation. After that, much of the CIOS lab coursework can be completed at home or work.

All Kodiak College students are welcome to use the computer lab for school work or to get assistance with computer software.
