A 40-hour industry certification course recognized by major computer hardware and software vendors that provides technical proficiency and expertise for computer service technicians in a broad range of hardware and software technologies.
More than 100 companies, educators, and industry executives worked to develop the A+ Certification Program. An A+ Certification means that a person possesses the knowledge and skills essential to become a successful computer technician. The skills and knowledge measured by this course are derived from an industry-wide job task analysis and validated through a worldwide survey of 5,000 A+ certified professionals.

A 40-hour industry certification course. Introduction to principles of developing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various computer networks including peer-to-peer, local area, and wide area networks.
The course is designed to serve the needs of entry level professionals who are interested in mastering broad, vendor-independent network concepts. Earning the Network + certification means that the candidate possesses the knowledge needed to configure and operate a variety of networking products. The certification exam covers a wide range of vendor and product neutral networking technologies that can also serve as a prerequisite for vendor-specific IT certifications.
